Business Goal: The goal of this project is to support academic integrity and digital responsibility by providing a scalable, reusable learning experience that helps students make ethical decisions about AI use. While developed as part of a graduate-level instructional design course, the module is structured to reflect real-world higher education and learning & development needs, including compliance, learner accountability, and behavior change.

This project was completed as part of a graduate-level course in the UNCC M.Ed. program. This eLearning is a self-paced, interactive module designed to help undergraduate students understand and apply ethical decision-making when using artificial intelligence tools in academic settings. The module introduces responsible AI principles, university policy considerations, and real-world academic scenarios through multimedia content, branching scenarios, and a final assessment. Learners must demonstrate understanding by successfully completing the assessment to progress.

Audience: The primary audience is students across disciplines, including first-year
and upper-level learners. The module was designed to be accessible to students
with varying levels of familiarity with AI tools and academic integrity policies. Content and examples are intentionally broad and relatable, supporting a range of majors
and course types.

Presentations and Meetings: Delivering Presentations

  • Creating storyboards, scripts, and visual design elements in alignment with adult learning principles.

  • Developing interactive learning activities, scenarios, and multimedia components.

  • Producing animated videos and narration using Powtoons and WellSaid.

  • Building and testing the full course in Articulate Storyline 360.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders for SME reviews, revisions, and final approval.

  • Ensuring accessibility, clarity, and learner engagement throughout the module.

Tools Used:
