A blended learning solution designed to develop consultative skills within Learning and Development professionals. This project includes two interactive eLearning modules and a facilitator-led training session that guide learners through diagnosing performance issues and influencing stakeholder solutions.

The experience uses realistic scenarios, decision-based interactions, and structured frameworks to help learners move from an order-taking mindset to a consultative approach. Learners practice identifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes, and recommending solutions aligned to business outcomes.

Ethical AI Use at UNC Charlotte

This project was completed as part of a graduate-level course in the UNCC M.Ed. program. This eLearning is a self-paced, interactive module designed to help undergraduate students understand and apply ethical decision-making when using artificial intelligence tools in academic settings. The module introduces responsible AI principles, university policy considerations, and real-world academic scenarios through multimedia content, branching scenarios, and a final assessment. Learners must demonstrate understanding by successfully completing the assessment to progress.

A comprehensive eLearning course designed to strengthen presentation skills for leaders. The module provides a guided learning experience that teaches learners how to apply physical delivery techniques, manage nervousness, and confidently present information in professional settings. It combines interactive scenarios, animated videos, practice opportunities, and real-world examples to reinforce effective presentation behaviors.
